Mitch and Victoria flew in from London, England. Victoria loves New York and was thrilled to be in the city with the love of her life.
On a dreary, rainy Thursday Victoria was confused as to why Mitch insisted she walk through Times Square in such bad weather but Mitch had planned something special.
He had arranged for Victoria’s image to appear on the main television in Times Square with a proposal for marriage.
Victoria, in addition to ecstatically accepting his hand in marriage, was blown away that he was able to pull off such an incredible stunt.
Onlookers cheered and congratulated the couple as they joked and Victoria caught her breath.
